For the purposes of this Policy, the "Platforms" include: (a) Appbuildchat’s websites, portals, and interactive features, such as the Appbuildchat AI System ("AAS"), which provide the foundation for accessing, using, creating, and managing your applications; and (b) the necessary server resources and storage to run your applications. The Platforms enable you to design, develop, test, deploy, and manage your applications without writing code, leveraging the power of the AAS to generate application logic, user interfaces, and other essential components.

2.         CONSENT

By clicking the "Agree" button when creating an Account or using the Platforms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Policy and our Terms.  

You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data at any time. To withdraw consent and delete your Account, please contact our Privacy Officer in writing, by phone, or by email. We will promptly take the necessary steps to delete your Account and associated personal data, and we will notify you once the process is complete. We are committed to making withdrawing consent as easy as providing it.

5.4.         Corporate Events: In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, or other similar corporate event, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.  While we will endeavor to ensure that the acquiring entity's data handling practices are reasonably consistent with this policy, we make no guarantees or warranties in this regard.

The Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Accounts and for any activity that occurs under their Accounts. The Clients are responsible for their End-Users’ compliance with this Policy and for obtaining necessary consents for processing their personal data.  All Users have the right to access, correct, update, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to legal limitations. The Users may also object to or restrict processing of their data and have the right to data portability.  To exercise these rights, contact us as provided in this Policy. The Users are responsible for the data handling practices of apps they create using the Platforms and must provide their own privacy policies. Any data or information voluntarily posted on public areas of the Platforms is not confidential, and we are not responsible for third-party use of such data. We may use feedback to improve the Platforms but will not associate it with personal data without explicit consent. Users are solely responsible for data shared with social networking sites (SNS).
