Requirements for App Launch
Please provide the required materials as outlined in the manual, ensuring each item matches accordingly.
Before submitting your app, ensure that the following items are ready:
App Name
Ensure the app name is unique. Avoid generic terms. Avoid generic terms like"Best Game" or "Photo Editor".
App Icon
The app icon should be square, with the optimal size being 1024x1024 pixels. Ensure it's visually appealing and represents your app well.

Intended to summarize your app in a concise phrase. Avoid generic terms.
App Description(No limit) & Promotional Text(up to 170 chars)
Write a compellingdescription highlighting the app’s features, functionality, and value to users.
Keywords(limited to 100 characters, with terms separated by commas and no spaces.)
Prepare a list of relevant keywords for app store optimization (ASO).
Marketing & Supporting URL
Prepare URLs for both marketing and support purposes. If you don't have specific links, you can use your homepage URL as the default.

1. Creating an Apple Account and Enrolling in the Membership
Before building an iOS app, you must create an Apple account and enroll in the Apple Developer Program.
If you already have an Apple account, you may skip Step 1 and proceed directly to Step 2.
Step 1: Create an Apple Account
1. Go to https://appleid.apple.com.
2. Click ‘Create Your Apple ID’.
3. Enter your personal information, including your name, email address, and a password.
4. Select and answer your security questions.
5. Enter the verification code sent to your email address.
6. Click ‘Continue’.
✅ Your Apple ID has now been created!
Step 2: Enroll in the Apple Developer Program
1. Go to the [Apple Developer Program enrollment page]
2. ‘Start Your Enrollment’.

3. Sign in with your Apple ID.
4. Select the appropriate entity type (e.g., Individual or Organization) and click [Continue].

1) Agree to ‘Review and Accept’ and click [Continue].

2) Click [Purchase] to proceed to the payment page.

1) Provide your organization’s legal entity name and D-U-N-S Number. Ensure your organization is registered with a D-U-N-S Number before proceeding. (You may need to obtain this number from Dun & Bradstreet if you don’t already have one.)

2) Review your information and click [Continue].
5. To complete your enrollment, proceed with the annual membership fee payment.
6. You can use one of the following credit or debit cards:• MasterCard, Visa, American Express.Click [Submit].
✅ Your Apple Developer Program membership has now been activated.
Once the payment is complete, Apple will process your membership purchase. This process may take up to 48 hours to finalize.
2. Setting Up iOS Build
To build an iOS app, you need to configure settings based on your registered membership information.
You need four pieces of information:

Here are the four key pieces of information required:
Issuer ID
Navigate to appstoreconnect.apple.com > Users and Access > Intagrations > App Store Connect API > Issuer ID.
Team ID
Navigate to developer.apple.com > Account > Membership details > Team ID.
Key ID
Navigate to appstoreconnect.apple.com > Users and Access > Intagrations > App Store Connect API and locate the Key ID of the generated key.
Key File (.p8)
Navigate to appstoreconnect.apple.com > Users and Access > Intagrations > App Store Connect API, and download the generated Auth Certificate Key File (.p8).
Step 1. Check Team ID
To proceed, you'll need to find your Team ID in your Apple Developer account. Here’s how:
1. Open Apple Developer and log in with your Apple ID.
2. Click [Account] at the top of the page.
3. In the menu, select [Membership Details].
4. Under the Membership Details section, you’ll find your Team ID. Make sure to note it down, as you’ll need it later.

Step 2. Register a Bundle ID
1. Go to https://developer.apple.com.
2. Click [Account] in the top bar.
3. Navigate to [Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles > Identifiers] under the “Program Resources” section.

4. Click the [ + ] button to add a new Identifier.

5. Select “App ID”, and click [Continue].

6. Select “App”, and click [Continue] to proceed.

7. Enter the required “Description” and “Bundle ID” fields, then click [Continue].

8. Click [Register] to complete the registration process.
Step 3. Check Issuer ID
1. Go to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com.
2. Click [Users and Access] in the top bar.
3. Click [Integrations].
4. On the “App Store Connect API”, find and note your Issuer ID.

Step 4. Create Key ID and Auth Certificate (Key File)
1. Click [ + ] icon to create a new API key.

2. Enter a “Name” for the key and select the appropriate “Access” permissions, then click [Create].

3. Once the API key is created, click the [Download] button to save the API Key file to your local system.

💡 Important: The downloaded file cannot be reissued if lost, so ensure it is stored securely.

3. Invite Appbuildchat as an “Admin” to Your Developer Account
1. Go to the [App Store Connect]
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Click [Users and Access] in the top bar.
4. Click the [+] button to add a new user.

5. Enter the following details for the new user:
• Email Address: ryan.ross@appbuildchat.com
• Role: Admin

6. Click [Invite]. Our team will receive an email invitation and will accept it shortly.

Android Client Manual
1. Create Google account
1. Go to the Google Account sign in page.
2. Click [Create account].
3. Choose 'For my personal use’.
4. Enter your name and click [Next].
When you create a Google Account, you will be asked for some personal information.
By providing accurate information, you can help keep your account secure and make Google’s services more useful.
5. Pick a Gmail address, create your own, or use an existing email address (company email)
6. Enter and confirm your password.
7. Click [Next].
Optional: Add a recovery email & phone number for your account. Protect your account with recovery information; if you forget your password or someone uses your account without your permission, updated recovery information makes it much more likely that you'll be able to get your account back.
8. Choose your settings and click [Next].
9. Read the Privacy and Terms and click [Agree].
✅ Your Google account has now been created.
2. Sign up for a Google Play Console developer account.
Follow the steps below to create and set up your Play Console developer account, so you canbegin to publish Android apps on Google Play.
1. Sign up for a Play Console developer account.
2. Accept the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.
3. Pay registration fee; You can use one of the following credit or debit cards:
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover (the U.S. only), Visa Electron (Outsideof the U.S. only), Prepaid cards are not accepted. The types of cards accepted mayvary by location.
4. Choose a developer account type.
5. Verify your developer identity information.
6. (Personal accounts only) Meet testing requirements.
3. Invite Appbuildchat as an "Administrator."
Our team is working hard to publish your Android app to the Google Play Store. In order for usto be able to upload and maintain your Android app, please invite us as "Administrator".
1. In your Google Play Console, go to ‘Users and permissions’‘Invite new users’ and enter the following information:

3. Permissions → Account permissions: choose Admin (all permissions).

4. Click [Invite user]. After the invitation is sent, our team will receive an email and accept theinvitation shortly.
